We get it - finding the one (especially in bras) takes a little trial and error.
That’s why we offer a one-time exchange on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure the piece is unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still on.
Please note, we do not offer refunds as a part of our company policy.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process quickly, so changes may not be possible once an order is confirmed. Email us ASAP and we’ll try our best!
When will I get my order?
We ship your order within 1–3 working days, and it usually reaches you within a week. We’ll send you a tracking link so you can stalk your order (no judgment, we do it too).
