Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the right fit takes time, especially when it comes to lingerie. That’s why we offer a one-time exchange on eligible items (we don't provide refund).

What’s Eligible

• You may exchange a bra once per order, within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging intact.
  
  

• Only one exchange is allowed per product/order.
  
  

What’s Not Eligible

• Bras that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
  

• Briefs are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

 

• We do not accept second-time exchange requests for the same order.

 

• Sale or discounted items marked “final sale” are not eligible for exchange.
  
  

How It Works

1. Visit our Exchange Portal and log in using your order ID and email/ phone number.
   
   

2. Once we have gone through your request and approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return address details for self-shipping.
   
   

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or ship the new size within 3–5 business days.
