We understand that finding the right fit takes time, especially when it comes to lingerie. That’s why we offer a one-time exchange on eligible items (we don't provide refund).
What’s Eligible

You may exchange a bra once per order, within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging intact.

Only one exchange is allowed per product/order.
What’s Not Eligible

Bras that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted.

We do not accept second-time exchange requests for the same order.

Sale or discounted items marked “final sale” are not eligible for exchange.
How It Works

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return address details for self-shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or ship the new size within 3–5 business days.
