We understand that finding the right fit takes time, especially when it comes to lingerie. That’s why we offer a one-time return or exchange on eligible items.

What’s Eligible

• You may return or exchange a bra once per order, within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging intact.
  
  
• Only one return or exchange is allowed per product/order.
  
  

What’s Not Eligible

• Bras that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
  
  
• We do not accept second-time return or exchange requests for the same order.
  
  
• Sale or discounted items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
  

How It Works

1. Submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bodybutter.co.in
   
   
2. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return address details for self-shipping.
   
   
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or ship the new size within 3–5 business days.
   
   

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  
  
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or UPI/bank transfer.
